BMD Integration Analyst

Job Summary

The Biomedical Device Integration Analyst will provide support in planning, implementing and troubleshooting all integration technologies. The incumbent will have responsibility for developing, testing, implementing and supporting primarily Capsule software for device integration, as well as Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf and other integration solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Functions as Capsule software administrator
  • Configure, document, test, and implement Capsule technology solutions
  • Develop, modify, test and implement Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interfaces and other integration solutions
  • Adhere to project timelines and scope according to project plan; ensures completion and high quality deliverables (Business Requirement documents, scope documentation, testing scripts, turnover documentation, and specifications)
  • Participates in 24X7 on-call rotation for production issues
  • Follows communication process for status reports, change management, and escalation of issues to interface manager
  • Support system upgrades and failovers

Education:

Associate Degree

AND

Experience:

4 years Capsule experience preferred

4 years IT background preferred

Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:

Epic Bridges Certification within 3 months of hire
