As an FP&A Manager, you will be a key part of the Corporate FP&A team supporting the Sr. Director of FP&A. This position will work on global FP&A and corporate strategy activities, such as M&A, internal and external benchmarking, productivity analysis, KPI tracking, etc.

This role will also support monthly financial close activities like PO accruals, preparing variance analysis, discussing monthly financial performance with leaders, partnering with functional and business leaders to prepare budgets, forecasts & monthly financial analysis, tracking and reporting of global restructuring activities, along with other ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for decision making support.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Support high-priority strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and success, including analyzing internal and external trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support financial evaluation of M&A targets that are accretive and drive long-term value.
  • Support establishment of Key Metrics and Key Performance indicators across businesses that enable regular measurement of performance versus internal expectations and external benchmarking metrics.
  • Partner with leaders across business groups and corporate functions in establishing and monitoring performance against strategic objectives.
  • Support closing and reporting activities for overhead functions that support corporate leadership.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis of actuals, forecast, and budget; explain and investigate any major discrepancies, and understand key business drivers.
  • Partner with human resources in tracking and analyzing global restructuring activities, with a monthly reporting of restructuring financials, including their detailed impact on quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
  • Lead and support corporate business leadership teams in annual operating budget and quarterly forecast process.
  • Support all other ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis supporting the business, including NPV, IRR, ROI analysis of the business and M&A targets.


What You Bring:



  • Education: BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Managerial Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years management experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting, either in public accounting or corporate finance; experience supporting any of the following areas of business desired: SG&A, R&D, consolidations, commercial (sales), supply chain (manufacturing & logistics).
  • Strong financial modeling skills with ability to work seamlessly with complex data.
  • A strategic thinker with an ability to see big picture whilst driving into details.
  • Detail oriented with attention to process and documentation in addition to accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, Sumifs, Sumproduct, etc.).
  • Strong written communication skills to clearly convey monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Enterprise level Accounting and Planning software desired; Essbase and SAP preferred. PowerBI or related experience preferred.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $149,900 to $204,800 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
