What you'll do:

• The
  job of Installer exists to prepare
  the chassis for truck body installation; install required units in truck bodies
  as part of the manufacturing of truck bed fabrication; additionally, may assist
  in other miscellaneous duties/related work as required.
• Prepares the chassis for truck body installation
• Installs the body onto the chassis
• Installs the bumpers onto the chassis
• Installs all wiring and electrical units in the chassis
• Installs accessories of aftermarket products
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Makes safety a priority

What you need to be successful:

• Install Shop experience
• Job history working in a body shop, car stereo shop, custom vehicle up-fit, is preferred.
• Proficient with use of hand tools such as sockets, wrenches, screw drivers
• Proficient with use of rechargeable impact gun, rechargeable drill.
• Proficient in drilling holes
• Proficient with making minor modifications to bracketry in order to make components fit together properly
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Ability to develop recommendations for more efficient operation in the bays.
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
