JOB DETAILS

Pay range is $23.50- $25.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday-Friday, Saturday work may be required up to 50% of the time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedback
  • Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during standup meetings
  • Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow up with the team
  • Aid in document control activities - posting documents, follow through with approvers
  • Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of both finished goods
  • Aid in identify best practices in the manufacturing of windows
  • Document non-conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities
  • Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Lean certification preferred
  • Requires 2-5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
  • Ability to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)
  • Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation
  • Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation
  • Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process
  • Frequent exposure to loud noises
  • Limited exposure to weather and climate change

The US base salary for this full-time position is $70,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
