Job Title: Office and Building Manager FLSA Status: Full Time - non-exempt Schedule: Mondays-Fridays Supervises: N/A Rate of Pay: $25.50-26.50/hr Closing Date: 11/23/2024 Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Function: This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position, 40 hours a week with vacation and sick time, as well as medical, dental, and optional insurance coverages. Lambuth Family Center is a 24/7 90-day emergency shelter site that works with families through a trauma informed lens and with a Housing First approach. We are seeking a candidate who will help support the day-to-day operations. The duties of this role include data entry, managing the phone, processing invoices and receipts, tasks related to building maintenance, and working with outside vendors. This role works closely with the Program Supervisor, Janitor, Case Management team and Program Assistants. Duties and Responsibilities:
