Your Role as a Business Development Manager:
As part of our expanding team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients (60%) while actively pursuing new business opportunities (40%). You'll foster long-term partnerships and expand your network with ease.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand clients' challenges and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions. Listening and analysing their needs will be crucial to designing impactful projects.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement monthly sales plans with clear, actionable steps to meet your targets.
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction remains at the core of what we do.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients, offering regular updates and comprehensive performance reviews at project completion.
