Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

  • This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for New Hires Only
  • Referral bonuses up to $5,000 for critical hires are available to employees
  • A Relocation package may be available for this position

We are looking for a talented Military Radio Designer to join our dynamic team. As an design engineer, you will be responsible for designing innovative radio communication systems for military applications, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring secure, reliable communication in diverse environments.

  • Experience in radio design or RF engineering, preferably in a military context.
  • Strong knowledge of radio frequency (RF) principles, modulation techniques, and communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, ADS, CST).
  • Experience with hardware design and prototyping, including PCB layout.

  • Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, ADS, CST).

  • Expert level understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
