Introduction to the Job The HMI Head of Global Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the global sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, market leadership and customer satisfaction. This executive role requires a deep marketing of the semiconductor equipment industry, strategic vision and strong leadership skills to build a high performing team and collaborate effectively across the organization. This role is critical for driving the growth and success of the business in a competitive global market and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future and achieving its business objectives. Other Information The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $300,000-$500,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
