The Area Administrative Support (AAS) position will perform a variety of tasks focused on providing oversight of the front desk processes; including supervision and training of student desk staff, assisting with residence hall occupancy and key processes, and additional clerical support to hall staff as assigned. Essential Functions
Shift
Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Additional hours will be required during peak times (i.e. staff training periods, hall openings/breaks/closings, staff recruitment and selection periods). This position may require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
