As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for reworking damaged products to salvage them for use. Your role will involve repairing items, participating in continual improvement activities, and assisting with inbound shipments as needed. You'll also engage in assigned training programs and complete additional tasks as required. Starting pay is $15.48/hr, with different shifts available: Second Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM ($15.48 + $0.50/hour) Day Swing Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM ($1.00/hour) Night Swing Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM ($1.50/hour) Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED preferred. Ability to work independently and follow oral/written instructions. Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork. Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Team-oriented with a commitment to fostering a respectful workplace. At least 6 months of experience required. Ethical behavior in all business interactions. Ability to operate a sit-down forklift, pull orders, stage the dock for trucks, and load/unload trucks.
