How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Job Description Summary: The LH2 Supply Chain Manager has the responsibility for the management of the LH2 supply chain. This includes managing the operational supply & demand balance, planning for cost optimization using custom optimization software and coordination with production, scheduling, product management and zone management.

  • Manage the LH2 Supply Chain with the goal of optimizing cost and eliminating/reducing risks using OSCD optimization models.

  • Provide operational support and analysis to LH2 Product Management Team.

  • Provide commercial support to Airgas Regional Companies.

  • Assist LH2 Product Management Team with network analysis and data. Lead the weekly supply chain optimization process.

  • Develop Outage Planning Strategy to prepare for planned outages. Calculate operational costs associated with both planned and unplanned outages.

  • During the absence of the National Trade Manager, communicate outages and supply issues with competitors

  • Continuous Improvement, Efficiency and Optimization

  • Interface with AL entities on balancing LH2 North America supply and demand.

  • Work with the Scheduling Team to implement Supply Chain improvements.

  • Integral member in developing LH2 S&OP for Airgas

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, mathematics or related field.

  • At least two years in a leadership or supervisory position in supply chain/logistics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supply chain experience in Industrial Gas Industry preferred

  • Previous management experience a plus
