The Pharmacy Program Representative is responsible for educating, marketing, and cultivating potential program participants as well as providing onsite comprehensive benefit and advocacy services for patients enrolled in the ProMeds Retail Pharmacy program. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. • Associates degree and/or 4 years of pharmacy or medical experience
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Cover My Meds, foundation assistance programs, CRX, medication & disease states, pharmacy plans including Medicare B & D and LIS enrollment preferred
• EPIC and prior authorization and appeal experience preferred
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
