ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Senior Program Manager (PM4 internal level) is part of the Program Management Office (PMO) leadership team and will provide mentoring and management to other PMO members, and will manage one or more flight programs. The candidate will have an instrumental role in ensuring the success of the team and of the programs that we execute. The candidate must be experienced in managing Government programs of a technical nature (electronic systems experience preferred), including OTA and FAR-based contracts with multiple CLINs. The PM is responsible for Cost, Schedule, Risk Management and Customer interface, and is paired with a Lead Systems Engineer who will manage technical execution.
