Position Summary:

In this Per Diem Clinical Practice Coach role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth ambitions of our customers by delivering Benco's Practice Coaching curriculum on key business and leadership systems. In collaboration with Coaching peers, this person will customize learning objectives and deliverables to meet the need of the dentist and dental office team. You will assist the team with updating curriculum and creating modules to support remote education. The person in this role is responsible for completing practice assessments to evaluate dental practice opportunities and securing sales of our program.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • RDH or DDS/DMD
  • 1-3 years of dental business/practice management experience
  • Ability to work up to 16 hours per week and perform in person coaching


Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?



  • Evaluate and assess practices to identify areas of opportunity, selling coaching through the assessment process
  • Create proposals and agreements that align with assessment findings and present them to client. Recommendations are made on systems and programs to implement that will support the growth and optimization of the practice
  • In addition to assessments, sell Practice Coaching remotely by using analytical software to identify areas of opportunity
  • Create, maintain, and update curriculum
  • Deliver coaching both remotely and in person, meeting the needs of the client
  • Partner with clinical systems coach to create and deliver comprehensive practice improvements
  • Engage, foster growth, and provide counsel to clients
  • Help practices implement systems that optimize patient care and satisfaction and grow the revenue and profitability of the practice
  • Drive sustainable, measurable and profitable growth through rigor and monthly review of the practices KPIs
  • Monitor P&L statements for each practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with dental team in order to influence them
  • Support the implementation of training and development programs for clients
  • Host monthly calls with clients to check in and take pulse on their improvements
  • Write comprehensive recap reports after each customer visit
  • Maintain organized and detailed customer records in Basecamp
  • Create PowerPoints and conduct public speaking as opportunities arise.
  • Follow Benco Coaching curriculum and protocol
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
