Fitter/Welder

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Fit and assemble metal parts using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with standards.
• Operate welding machines safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Perform maintenance on welding equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist in training new team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
• Experience as a fitter/welder in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in various welding techniques and able to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
