Cyber Range Planner

The Opportunity:

As an exercise planner on our team, you'll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint to help you tell a realistic story. You'll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.

As a leader in the firm's Cyber Range Engineering Team, you'll have the chance to work cross-functionally with defensive and offensive cyberspace operators, operations researchers, and senior leaders on projects that are making an impact on critical missions. You'll share your expertise and collaborate with the industry's best trainers and coaches through our custom "Train the Trainer" programs like Exercise Design and Event Planning.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
• Experience with the development and delivery of training curricula for staff
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and cyberspace operations, including Joint publications, doctrines, and policy implementations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, including Visio 2010 or later versions
• Ability to formulate recommendations for corrective actions to address identified risks and support cyberspace training
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with cyberspace operations
• Knowledge of modern computer systems, including client and server, LAN/WAN and network concepts, and modern network management and security monitoring concepts
• Ability to formulate recommendations for corrective actions to address identified risks and support cyberspace training
• Possession of excellent project management and organization skills, including drafting clear and concise reports and briefing daily network security summaries, related issues, and concerns to senior leaders and a larger audience

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
