Position Title: Installer
Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3:30pm If you have electrical and automotive up fitting experience, then QPS has the perfect position for you. We are hiring an Installer for a company in Kansas City, MO. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. This is a contract to hire role. Installer Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble pieces into vehicles - Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship - Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces - Use air tools to assemble pieces after being trained - Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures - Maintain a clean and orderly work area Installer Requirements: - High school diploma - Must be experienced with using hand and power tools - Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus, electrical assembly preferred - Previous up fitting experience - Regularly lift 50lbs or 75lbs as a team lift - Must be able to stand for entire shift - Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel as needed - Strong mechanical aptitude - Must have a positive attitude and be able to take constructive criticism - Ability to read and understand work instructions - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Reliable transportation QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
