DIVISION:

U.S. AutoForce POSITION SUMMARYThe Distribution Logistics Analyst will be a lead ambassador of U.S. AutoForce best practices and cross-divisional alignment, responsible for identifying areas of opportunity for distribution practices. This includes analyzing historical data, evaluating current state of the business by market, and providing input to make decisions related to the U.S. AutoForce logistics and distribution strategy.

This position is located in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform Profit/Loss Analysis for U.S AutoForce logistics and distribution including calculating gross profit margins & profitability after all-in Costs/Expenses
  • Provide Cost Analysis to understand and perform high-level route planning, while comparing various cost models.
  • Provide recommendations to drive down costs and improve service by analyzing data, trends, and gaps within Distribution & Logistics KPIs and spend
  • Create dashboards to measure results on market decisions, including route adjustments, route profitability, and cost-control measures.
  • Plan and build models to support the strategic growth of US AutoForce's Distribution Network by determining delivery area, 3rd Party carrier analysis and growth/shrink by market.
  • Partner with Regional Operation Managers by market to plan, optimize and execute distribution, delivery strategies, and best practices
  • Analyze and provide input on distribution and logistics best practices across the division
  • Use data analytic and operational systems/tools to review historical data, improve current practices and increase distribution and logistics efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

* 2-3 years' analyst experience in Transportation, Distribution or Supply Chain

* Demonstrated leadership ability with professional integrity

* Knowledge of Logistics Technology and routing software and experience with PowerBI and Excel a strong plus

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Ability to deal with a variety of situations and to make decisions and adjustments as unexpected situations arise

* Ability to deal with customers under diverse situations and project a positive image

* Overall business awareness and experience in handling broad based strategic direction

* Understanding of the budgeting process and financial analysis

* Good decision maker who is well organized and can prioritize and plan ahead

* Ability to use data to make decisions
