Description: Hybrid role, 2 days per week in Waltham MA Our industry-leading healthcare client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager. Rate: $60 - $95 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects within the Business Transformation Team Collaborate with C-suite executives to align project goals with business objectives Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and migrations Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment Experience Requirements: Proven project management experience in a complex matrixed environment Extensive experience with Salesforce projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations, consolidations) Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on/below budget, with required quality Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Experience communicating effectively with C-suite executives Resourcefulness and action-oriented mindset Ability to project confidence and maintain a calming presence while proceeding with urgency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork and collaboration Problem-solving and critical thinking Leadership and decision-making Required Certifications/Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
