Position: Genetic Counselor - Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Location: 887 Congress St
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site,
Salary Range: $74,318 - $87,422

We're looking for a Genetic Counselor to join our high-performing maternal-fetal medicine team. This is a unique opportunity to work with patients from across the state, supporting families through complex, high-risk pregnancies. If you're passionate about genetics, patient care, and working in a supportive, expert-led environment-this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Assess individual and family risk for inherited conditions, including genetic disorders and birth defects
  • Provide counseling to help patients make informed decisions and develop coping strategies
  • Collaborate with a team of five maternal-fetal medicine specialists and one other genetic counselor
  • See patients referred for a wide range of high-risk indications
  • Work independently with strong support from an experienced team

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - "What you will need":

  1. Education: Master's Degree in Genetics Counseling.
  2. License/Certifications: Board certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Medical Genetics (ABMG) or American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC).
  3. Experience: Genetic counseling experience preferred.
