Description MaineHealth Corporate Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. 2. License/Certifications: CCP preferred. 3. Experience: Five (5)+ years of experience developing and implementing compensation programs and policies 4. Three years of leadership experience required. 5. Knowledge and experience related to federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting compensation, including FLSA and Equal Pay Act, DOL, and Wage & Hour. 6. Ability to understand the unique needs of each organization and to develop a targeted strategy to meet those needs. 7. The successful individual demonstrates the following disciplines: Customer service; Organizational skills; Initiative; Attention to detail; Problem solving skills that drive results and are solution oriented; Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner; Strong influencing skills.
