Description Maine Medical Center Summary (Full Time hours Tuesday- Saturday 1:00pm -9:30pm)The Lead Food and Nutrition Services - role is responsible for food service production work and provides leadership and direction to Food Services team members and Nutrition Care Assistants in a work area (Dish Room, Nourishments, Food Prep, Tray Assembly and Tray Delivery). Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: N/A 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Experience as a Food Services Worker required.
