Pay: $30+ per hour (Based on experience) Shift Details: 1st Shift with on-call flexibility As a Mechanical Welder Technician, you'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks to ensure equipment and trailers are running at peak performance. Key duties include: Mechanical repairs on trailers and equipment, including basic repairs like brake work and oil changes. Handling smaller repair jobs and basic welding and fitting tasks. For more complex jobs, the team will handle them by sending them to a 3rd-party specialist. Performing basic welding and fitting tasks-no certifications are required, and minimal experience is acceptable for this position. Lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and stooping. Requirements: At least 2 years of mechanical and welding experience (no certifications required). Basic knowledge of welding and fitting-ability to handle basic welding and mechanical tasks. Valid driver's license. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Flexibility to be on-call as needed.
