Schedule: 10:00pm - 7:30am (4-5-day work week; 8-12 hours a day depending on the production schedule and business needs) Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic daily tasks: Perform preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, inspections, and equipment testing. Handle building maintenance and participate in specific projects. Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. Focus on improving plant performance in Safety, Quality, and Reliability. Contribute to maintaining the overall operational effectiveness of the facility. Qualifications: This role requires 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in a food production facility using mixing and packaging equipment. Candidates must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, flexibility to work various shifts, and basic math and analytical skills. PLC, refrigeration, HVAC experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel are advantageous. The ability to work independently or in a team and communicate effectively is essential.
