Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Company: Empowering Abilities Location: Davenport, IA Salary Range: $27.00/hour for LPN plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!! Essential Job Responsibilities: Empowering Abilities is looking for caring individuals who will advocate on behalf of the individuals we serve. Responsible for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans, pass medications, admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed. Must have Iowa License. Will be required to have the ability to lift 35lbs. Qualifications: Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. physical exam, TB test) Ability to lift 50 pounds Requires physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Position may also require periods of sitting. Ability to use nursing process of observation, interpretation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet the needs of each individual Ability to accurately receive, transcribe, and implement physician's orders Ability to document accurately Training and Experience: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
