The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and be proficient in a variety of technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and scheduling. Conduct diagnostic tests using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to identify electrical issues. Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime. Execute stick welding tasks for repairs or modifications on equipment as required. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management. Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Familiarity with CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking. Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Experience with hydraulics and the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems effectively. Skills in fabrication and welding, particularly stick welding, are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
