The Opportunity:

As a Manager Level HVAC Senior Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our sales strategies to position LG Air Solutions as the leading choice in the HVAC market. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our HVAC solutions in key projects.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, enhancing LG's market leadership in HVAC solutions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support on HVAC products and technologies, serving as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee sales projects, offering regular updates and ensuring timely follow-up to drive project success.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve technical issues related to product delivery, onsite installation, and other inquiries from customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and HQ counterparts, facilitating communication, aligning strategies, and ensuring consistency across all operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Independently create and deliver regular reports to leadership and stakeholders, providing insights into sales performance, project status, and market trends.
  • Bilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in Korean and English to effectively communicate with Korean companies' factory projects in the U.S.


Qualifications:



  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC sales, including significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving substantial business growth.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong project management abilities; and a strategic, creative mindset.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC products and technologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work overtime as needed.

$93,000 - $124,000 USD
