Job Details Join our team at Cencora and seize the opportunity to become one of the two Senior Directors, Pharmacy and Health System Solutions, working closely with the Vice President, Pharmacy and Health System Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and support of internal and external strategic initiatives set by Health Systems and Specialty Services leadership. Engage with departments like Clinical Product Solutions, Specialty Physician Services, Distribution Services, Marketing, and Strategic Global Sourcing to ensure seamless alignment and execution of strategies, driving Health Systems and Specialty Services goals to new heights. Requirements: Active Pharmacist degree is strongly preferred. Advanced degree highly preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP, Agile Certification. Normally requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, sales, marketing or similar vocations obtained through completion of Bachelor's degree program; Master's Degree (MBA or MHA) preferred; requires a minimum of eight (8) years related and progressively responsible experience in the healthcare and/or distribution business.
