Your Title: Site Reliability Engineer

What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to support the projected growth of B2W in the Trimble Cloud for 2025. These engineers will play a critical role in onboarding new customers, migrating existing ones, and providing 24x7 infrastructure support to ensure smooth cloud operations. The selected candidates will contribute to enhancing performance, security, and cost-efficiency by helping with cloud transformations, LoadSpring migrations, and support for B2W's global customer base.

  • Customer Onboarding and Support:

    • Support and onboard 400 new B2W customers into the Trimble Cloud in 2025.
  • Cloud Transformation:

    • Lead the migration of 400 on-premise B2W customers to the Trimble Cloud. This represents a 4x increase compared to 2024 transformation numbers.
  • LoadSpring to Trimble Cloud Migration:

    • Manage and execute the migration of 500+ B2W customers from LoadSpring to the Trimble Cloud to deliver improved performance, security, and cost-effective solutions.
  • 24x7 Infrastructure Support (Chennai roles):

    • Provide round-the-clock support for B2W customers, focusing on customer transformations and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Application Patching and Infrastructure Modernization:

    • Perform regular patching and modernization of B2W cloud infrastructure to maintain performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Cloud Support for Global Operations:

    • Provide cloud support for B2W customers expanding into new markets, particularly Australia, where 50 new customers are expected to onboard in 2025.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in cloud operations, migrations, and customer onboarding within a cloud environment (preferably AWS, Azure, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management, including patching and modernization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple migrations and transformations simultaneously.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Availability for 24x7 support (Chennai roles only).
