Growing together. As an outpatient therapist, you will be providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, families , and groups in a non-hospital setting. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in clinical counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or relevant field NE licensure as a therapist or have a pending application/licensure Flexibility in client preference Preferred Qualifications: PLMHP or pending PLMHP at a minimum Dually credentialed as PLADC or willing to get credentialed as a PLADC Flexible schedule Being able to come in-office, possible in-homes and telehealth appointments Able to work at least two evenings a week Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care.
