Description The Department of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to effectively manage various clinical research/trial/study activities. You will demonstrate a keen understanding of project requirements and execute tasks efficiently to support the timely completion of projects. Additionally, you will assist in planning and organizing tasks to ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful research initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Hourly range: $27.08-$43.55
Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.
  • Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.
  • Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.
  • Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Health Care Setting
