Life Strategies Counseling Inc, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Physician to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. We have per diem and part time opportunities available with potential to grow to full time. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

As a Physician, you will be providing care in a direct, hands-on capacity while gaining valuable experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides medication management and assessments
• Crisis response to new and existing outpatient clients
• Develops individual evaluations based upon assessment data

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified pediatrician or family medicine
• Experience in treating psychiatric conditions such as: ADHD, depression and anxiety

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible Psychiatrist
• Experience with supervising Nurse Practitioners
• Experience with various age groups (children, adolescents, adults)
• Ability to travel to all locations throughout Arkansas
