The Azure AI Core Platform team at Microsoft is looking for a Product Manager for the Azure AI Model Catalog. Our team builds the AI product and platform that powers the most demanding workloads at Microsoft like Office, Bing, and Cognitive Services as well as accelerating the digital transformation of customers on Azure using flagship LLMs from leading Generative AI model creators. Our goal is to make Azure AI the best platform for building GenAI apps, offering the best choice of LLMs. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to build the enterprise ready inference capabilities for the flagship generative AI models in the model catalog. Enterprises need high throughput and predictable latency inference capabilities. This requires to you understand the LLM hosting technologies and runtimes to deliver production ready inference solutions. You will need to figure out the right business and commerce models for all stakeholders involved, including the end users, model providers and Microsoft. We are looking for a seasoned product manager who has demonstrated strong customer obsession, and the ability to create clarity in highly ambiguous situations. Someone who can challenge assumptions and create consensus for a product path to help make Azure the best LLM hosting platform. Someone who can represent the public face of Generative AI at Microsoft across the industry. We do not just value differences or different perspectives. ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Iteration: Collaborate with teams to build specifications, iterate on designs, and align the roadmap with customer needs.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to gather input and support for product/service vision and strategy. Performance Metrics & Tracking: Track business impact using OKRs and KPIs, and ensure compliant telemetry with engineering teams.Customer & Market Insights:Collect and analyze data to inform product decisions, test hypotheses, and validate market opportunities. Communication & Evangelism: Evangelize product features through various channels and coordinate with Product Marketing for launch strategies. Support & Feedback: Manage customer feedback, improve support processes, and drive product improvements based on insights.Embody our culture and values
