Job Overview

Work schedule: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, weekends//holidays as needed.

The Beverage Analyst role will act as a leader for the Quality department by executing the delivery of the daily production schedule while performing routine testing to ensure company quality standards are met. This role maintains sanitation requirements, lab equipment calibrations, and requires routine interdepartmental communication. Need to act independently at times while making quick decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Testing of intermediate and finished products
  • Setting up necessary equipment for production runs
  • Batching products for production runs
  • Sanitation of production equipment
  • Working alone independently and making important decisions
  • Troubleshooting defective equipment

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Working and thinking independently
  • Food and beverage experience
  • Multitasking

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
  • Two to threeyears of relevant experience
  • HPLC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Science, Food Science, Chemistry or related field

Work Environment

Noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment
