Freight Broker

• Perform freight services in compliance with company and government regulations.
• Identify and select reputable, safe carriers for use.
• Provide accurate shipping quotes and confirmations.
• Book carriers following company procedures.
• Track load statuses and provide professional client updates and reports.
• Coordinate with carriers and dispatchers for scheduled pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain complete and approved freight documentation and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

• College degree in logistics preferred; high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of broker experience acceptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and broker software for tracking loads.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of freight carrier services.
