JOB SUMMARY:

Performs work that affects business operations to a significant degree as well as investigates and resolves matters of significance on behalf of management. This position will also represent the Organization in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes and working with the Chief of Service to resolve grievances. This position will have the authority to formulate, affect and implement operating practices with the Chief of Services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  
  Required: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management or Economics preferred.

  Previous experience working with management required
  
  
• 
  
  Ability to work with NYU-Langone technologies and reporting
  
  
• 
  
  Preferred: Knowledge of Graduate Dental Education rules and procedures. Ability to learn dental procedures, dental software and reporting requirements
