Estimator Responsibilities: Prepare precise and competitive bids based on architectural drawings and bidding instructions for assigned projects. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to secure projects, ensuring a consistent flow of work. Collaborate with draftspersons and project coordinators, providing clear communication and assistance with client interactions and change orders. Report directly to the company president, while overseeing a junior estimator. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estimating or a related field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
