We play a leadership role in identifying, developing, and managing technology and process solutions; we pro-actively partner with business areas to develop new capabilities, build reliable solutions, and efficiently manage the corporation's investment in technology and end-to-end processes. The Global team in Hallmark Technology supports our core Global Greetings business with Technology solutions to drive efficiency and ease of use for our business partners. This organization is responsible for identifying and delivering technology strategies and solutions that advance consumer and retail priorities for Hallmark Gold Crown, Hallmark Digital, and Supply Chain. We are a fast paced, agile team with a great team culture! We play a key role in managing an effective relationship between IT and our Global Greeting business partners, as well as helping advance the development and implementation of a multi-year technology roadmap. WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE The Functional Technology Platform Consultant role bridges the gap between technology and business processes to ensure our major technology platforms are fully leveraged to operate effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our stakeholders. Extensive technical expertise and functional knowledge is used to architect solutions that solve highly complex business challenges. This role defines solutions required to optimize end-to-end business outcomes within and across the technology ecosystem. In this position, you will own the functional designs, and configurations for Hallmark's Produce and Procure or Order To Cash processes along with integrations to other system processes. You will work closely with business partners across the company, as well as product and engineering teams across IT, to enhance and optimize Hallmark's supply chain. Major Responsibilities Include:
Candidates must have strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven record of leading complex end-to-end projects with multiple business partners, and the ability to present solution designs and opportunities with individuals at higher levels in the organization. They must exhibit corporate & interpersonal savvy and confidence working on technical projects under tight budgets and timelines. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
