Inventory Supervisor

• Manage inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with FIFO and SQF requirements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, and address discrepancies in inventory.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Production, Supply Planning, Warehouse) to maintain workflow and accuracy.
• Track and document product damages and losses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Oversee entry and exit transactions in WMS, including handling destruction and write-offs, and monitor job status.
• Ensure staff receive necessary training, conduct performance reviews, and support company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist with fiscal audits, perform loss and waste analysis, and complete other assigned tasks.

• Two years of related experience.
• Proven ability to manage and be accountable to performance metrics.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Office, PowerPoint, and Word; ERP system knowledge (NetSuite preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in boosting productivity and possessing strong leadership qualities.
• Capable of multitasking, making decisions in uncertain situations, and escalating issues when needed.
• Comfortable with taking informed risks and driving continuous improvement.
