ResponsibilitiesLead and grow a team of 5-8 engineers responsible for building AI features in Windows.Lead planning and execution, creating robust engineering plans. Make timely decisions to meet security, reliability, quality and shipping goals.Drive clarity, communicate vision, strategy and progress to peers, partners and senior leaders.Develop and drive the technical strategy, aligning goals and decisions with partner teams.Foster the diverse viewpoints and capabilities needed to achieve business objectives. | |
