We are looking for a Principoal Software Engineering Manager to help us nurture a world class engineering team and design and deliver services and tools to bring cutting-edge cyber security solutions to our enterprise customers to manage and protect devices against cyber threats. You will build bar-raising engineering solutions to accelerate modernization of hyper-cloud scale services. ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance. Collaborate across partner teams in Microsoft. Lead and grow a team of high performing engineers. Mentor, coach, hire, retain and grow top talent. Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment. Embody Microsoft Culture and Values Taking part in code reviews, both as a reviewer and a reviewee, to ensure the quality of the software and promote best practices within the team. Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.
