About the role

The Training and Enablement Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of training and enablement programs aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of employees across the revenue organization. This role involves conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum, facilitating training sessions, and monitoring the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational outcomes.

This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.

Travel: Less than 15% travel, potentially domestic and international.

About the team

The Revenue Enablement Team is charged to equip the sales and merchant success teams with the skills, knowledge, process and tools to maximize individual performance in alignment with departmental and company goals.

What will you be doing?



  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify specific training needs within the organization. Collaborate with department leaders to understand skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, continuous learning, leadership development, and specialized skill enhancement. Utilize various training methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles. This may include classroom training, online courses, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, such as manuals, online learning modules, and instructional videos. Ensure materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage technology to enhance learning and enablement processes. This includes managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), incorporating gamification, and utilizing data analytics to track learning progress.
  • Implement evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training and enablement strategies align with business objectives and organizational culture.
  • Regularly report on training program progress, including participation rates, completion rates, and impact on performance metrics

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
  • Experience with selling technical software products and demonstrated ability to improve Sales productivity.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of learning materials/programs
  • Strong editing skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of educational best practices, especially for adult learners
