Overview:
Lincoln Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital and proud member of MaineHealth, is seeking talented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a flexible Per Diem opportunity. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with no call, no weekends, and flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts. Our CRNAs provide exceptional anesthesia care across a variety of service lines in a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Diverse Service Lines: Provide anesthesia for General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Endoscopy (in the OR), ENT, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Urology, and elective cases. Occasional critical or emergent care may be required.
• Flexibility and Balance: Enjoy a Per Diem schedule tailored to fit your needs, with no on-call duties and no weekend shifts.
• Team Support: Be part of a collaborative team in a critical access hospital setting that values both professional expertise and personal well-being.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program recognized by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
• Experience: 2-3 years of CRNA experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Active Maine Registered Nurse license.
  • Certification by the Council of Recertification of AANA.
  • Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Membership: Membership in the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) is recommended.
• Competencies: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a variety of clinical settings.
