What You Will Do * Manage a diverse portfolio of national packaging customers and direct corrugated users. * Drive revenue growth in volume and margins year over year, exceeding targets and expectations, provide innovative solutions, including advanced graphic digital sales promotion, to create value for Georgia Pacific. * Develop and nurture preferred supplier partnerships through strategic account planning. * Utilize a consultative, problem-solving approach to sell our value-added portfolio of products. * Identify and understand the business needs of assigned prospects, building strong decision-maker relationships to generate new business growth. * Independently work towards objectives, demonstrating exceptional time management skills to exceed customer expectations. * Collaboratively lead cross-functional initiatives and new business on-boarding, showcasing your strong project management skills. * Communicate effectively through various channels, including oral, written, and presentation, while actively listening to customer needs. * Exhibit a dedication to continuous learning in a highly competitive, fast-changing marketplace. * Maintain accurate and updated customer activity reports/files using CRM Microsoft Dynamics or similar data-mining capabilities. * Utilize the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Notes, SharePoint, etc.) to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in the corrugated industry, preferably in an outside sales or sales management role. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic travel and overnight stays required) based on business needs. What Will Put You Ahead * Technical understanding of corrugated operations. * Experience selling complex business-to-business solutions or through distribution channels. * Franklin Covey or equivalent sales training experience. * Proficient use of CRM for pipeline management, documentation, and communication. * Familiarity with Strategic Account Planning methodologies. * Bachelor's degree or higher. For this role, we anticipate paying $160,000 - $180,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
