Location: Long Beach, CA - Management - West BSC How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? This position will oversee Division wide fleet management and provide programs, analysis and guidance to drive efficiency and effectiveness of our overall distribution network. This role will work closely with Regions, its branches and operations to assess equipment needs of each facility, determining priorities, allocation of capital resources for all equipment and capital based investment projects within the fleet. They should create 3-5 yr fleet strategies that anticipate the needs within the division such as size of fleet, # of axles, fuel alternatives and preventative maintenance solutions. Leveraging all the digital integrations (OBC, TRIPS, FAST, etc), this role is responsible for creating routing solutions that optimize our network and ensure operational results (financial & service).Target Annual Salary: 134,000 - 189,000 Target Annual Bonus: 10% The person will be responsible for ensuring all the data is sufficient and accurate, they will establish benchmarks and baselines and create routing solutions that deliver the required efficiencies while delivering on customer satisfaction. They should measure the pre and post implementation of any initiative to determine the benefits. This person will also be the liaison between corporate initiatives, division ambitions and local performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
