What We DoWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves working with real estate title agents to foster strong relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with title agents, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and work with existing and prospective title agents to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing queries from customers and resolving issues promptly.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for title agents to ensure they are well-informed about our products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on relationship management activities, client feedback, and business development progress.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the title insurance industry
  • License: Valid Driver's License

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range: $70,000 Annually. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
