Minimum Qualifications: Training and Experience: Selected individuals will be required to be certified within a set time to operate powered material handling equipment, ability to lift 75 pounds repetitively for short periods. Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures. Knowledge of spelling, grammar, and basic arithmetic. Ability to begin work at the start of the designated shift. Ability to work flexible hour schedule including extended hours as required. Working Conditions: Warehouse work requires standing, walking on a concrete floor over 90% of the workday. Overall temperatures will reflect local weather conditions. Warehouse conditions are dusty. If operating a tow motor getting on and off the equipment will be necessary throughout the workday. What is R.E Michel Company? The R.E.
