Overview AmTrust is seeking a Managing Attorney for its General Liability Staff Counsel Offices in New York and will report and work closely with the Director of the office. This Office represents policyholders and AmTrust affiliated insurance carriers administered by AmTrust North America. The Litigation Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our litigation processes. This role requires strategic oversight, analytical insight, and effective team management to ensure the successful resolution of legal disputes and compliance with AmTrust standards. Responsibilities Strategic Case Oversight
Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
Analytical Insight
Compliance Reporting Overview
Collaboration and Customer Service with Claims
Management of a Team of Attorneys

The salary range for this role is $165K - $195K per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics.
