About the Role

Quest Diagnostics' Clinical Solutions division manages diagnostic tests and other solutions that help hundreds of millions of patients gain insights into their health each year. Product Managers own a clinical segment and a portfolio of diagnostic tests and solutions.

The Product Manager, Endocrinology will manage a portfolio within our multi-billion-dollar Cardiometabolic, Endocrinology, and Wellness clinical solutions group. This role will work on high growth areas such as Reproductive Disorders and Hormones, Bone health, and Pituitary/Growth disorders. The Product Manager also manages the existing portfolio by anticipating customer needs and reacting to market changes, making decisions to promote, update, or retire solutions accordingly.

To be successful, this individual will partner closely with Medical, Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and many other cross-functional partners to build the business case for, secure approval of, and manage the launch or life cycle management of products and solutions. The Product Manager will also maintain relationships and opportunistically collaborate with medical associations, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and other external organizations.

Why should you apply for this role? This is an opportunity to be the "mini-GM" of the portfolio, gain exposure to nearly every corner of the healthcare industry, and build meaningful relationships with partners at medical associations and pharmaceutical companies, all while positively impacting millions of lives - after all, according to the CDC, 70% of medical decisions depend on laboratory test results. You will be joining a close-knit, high-performing team that consistently exceeds department goals and is foundational to Quest's overall performance.
