The New Product Launch Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful introduction of new Agricultural products to the market. This position requires a strategic problem solver with outstanding organizational skills, and project management expertise including collaborating with cross-functional teams. The coordinator will coordinate all Service Parts activities of the new product launch process once the GPD milestone, Development Approval, is met. The end goal is achieving full launch readiness for Service Parts in time for the OKTS (OK to Ship) milestone in the GPD 3.0 process. Responsibilities
Project Management: Supervise comprehensive launch plans for North American new product launches for all platforms and product lines. Track part set up, sourcing and expediting to ensure NPL KPI's are met within the designated timeline for launch. Validate and ensure accuracy of parts lists and part classifications and/or model lists from Parts Lifecycle. Add new launches to NPL Dashboard or Parts Dashboard for OKTS readiness tracking and build PowerPoint slides to share status updates in all North American platform program meetings regularly. Prepare documentation for top management launch review meetings and participate in those meetings as the Service Parts representative.

The annual salary for this role is $60,375 - $80,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
